How much space and power does the photo booth require?
Standard packages require a minimum 10 × 10 ft space. Interactive experiences require 14 × 18 ft. A safe, functional 120V three-prong outlet must be within 15 ft of the setup area.
Do guests receive digital copies of their photos instantly?
Yes! Digital sharing is available according to your selected package or experience. Sharing options may include QR code, SMS, or email, depending on the package.
How early do you arrive for setup?
We arrive 60 to 90 minutes before your scheduled start time to ensure everything is set up, tested, and ready to go well before your guests arrive.
Will there be an attendant on-site during our event?
Yes, every experience includes a professional, friendly attendant to manage the booth, assist guests, and keep everything running smoothly throughout the night.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking 3–6 months in advance. Regular online bookings require at least 7 days’ notice. Last-minute requests may be considered based on availability.
What is required to lock in our event date?
Your date is confirmed once the required payment has been received and the booking agreement has been accepted.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Cancellation and rescheduling terms depend on how far in advance you cancel. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund or a one-time reschedule. Cancellations made 30 days or less before the event are generally non-refundable, with limited rescheduling options depending on the timing. Can the photo booth be set up outdoors?
Yes, outdoor setups are available! To protect the equipment and ensure high-quality photo lighting, we require a completely flat, dry surface under a covered or shaded area.
How do guests access their photos after the event?
You’ll receive a link to your online gallery within 48 hours after your event. The gallery will remain available for 60 days, so we recommend downloading your photos during that time.
What happens if our event runs longer than scheduled?
Additional hours may be requested at least 4 days before your event and are subject to availability. If availability allows, additional time may also be added on the day of your event. Same-day extensions are not guaranteed.
What lighting and photo quality can we expect?
We use professional DSLR cameras paired with studio-grade lighting systems, ensuring sharp, crisp, and beautifully lit photos regardless of your venue’s ambient lighting.
